Is he into me?

Ok so there’s this new guy at work which I’m really fond of. And I have a feeling that this feeling might be mutual? But I cannot ask him straight, because I don’t wanna make things awkward. When we talk, he looks into my eyes in a specific way and I’m not sure if I’m just imagining it or not. I’m a queer non binary person so there’s this possibility that he just looks at me thinking what a weirdo. At the same time, he’s the kindest person to me at work and he mostly just talk to me. Sometimes when he talks to me I get nervous then he gets nervous then makes me more nervous. I know the description is just so vague to tell, but I’m really desperate to know. Help me out here.

My (27f) gf (27f) is getting tired of me not sharing intimate/ personal info about me

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
