progress

sorry i didn’t make an update 2 days ago i lost internet for a second and could only get wifi at school, basically it was as you guys guessed, he was just busy and overwhelmed since he did kinda transfer from taiwan to cali for school- but basically he started talking to me again, sending me snaps n stuff, he sent me picture of the sunset at his house and i just got my ears pierced the next hole up on my lobe and sent him a pic saying how the sunset was pretty and that i got my ears pierced, he responded with a picture of him surprised and we had a back and forth over the last few days :) i asked him if he wanted to play video games this weekend if he was free but he said he’s stopped playing and left all his consoles and stuff in taiwan to focus on school and sports but he did start asking about what i played on minecraft (servers, single player, or hardcore) and i texted him back and still waiting for a response. also my close friend who’s really the only one who has inside on this irl said that during mass (yes i unfortunately have to attend mass at school before lunch along with everyone else) that he kept taking glances at me, i thought he was just checking out the gym since this was technically his first mass day but my friend said otherwise and at one point we did make eye contact so i believe it. i also worked up the courage to talk to him after school in person just asking what he thought of it and we have a very short convo before he had to go but overall i think it’s working out welll!!!

The difference between being right and being understood

My (27f) gf (27f) is getting tired of me not sharing intimate/ personal info about me

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. We have more than a year together and we’ve been living together for like 6 months, we get along pretty good and I’m really in love with her, however I can not seem to open up... and I can tell it’s frustrating to her by the way she tells me it bothers her that she feels she’s the only one committed and the one that’s always sharing... My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now. We hit it off and spent a lot of time together but she began to push our relationship as if there were a time clock for milestones.
