I’m obsessed about any SO cheating on me or leaving me one day. How do I stop this?

All my relationships seem to end at around the 5-8 months mark, because my partner cheats on me / doesn’t want to commit / disappears. In the beginning they seem like really good guys, but with time I find out they are still on dating apps, taking to other people on Instagram, flirting with others etc. It seems like I can’t do enough talking or asking questions. They just change their minds and want to basically fuck other people. I don’t know how to trust someone anymore. I can honestly say about myself that I would never cheat in a relationship. But I’ve never met a man that was able to give the same to me and I’m not sure how to navigate the dating world anymore. How can I get to know someone without obsessing over them cheating on me?
