I am very sexually attracted to my co worker. Would it be weird for me to ask him out?

I (24F) am very sexually attracted to one of my coworkers (36M) and I think he might be attracted to me but I’m not 100% sure. Do you think I would make things weird if I asked him out? I am so afraid of asking him out for a drink and him denying me! I honestly just want to make out and have wild sex with him but am terrified of either him not being attracted to me OR making things weird at work. I’m the type of person who can fuck and be friends but I’m not sure about him. Should I just risk it and ask him to go out for a drink with me? I’m so nervous!

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
