I cant hang out with girls who openly talk sexually about guys in front of me?

Is it wrong to not be around girls who act nice and are sweet but just openly talk about other guys in front of me? It's annoying and it feels like they're doing it to make me feel less attractive. They'll call guys cute in front of me or say "oh damn hes hot" most of the time when they have friends around.

They act like its normal and shit but maybe they dont consider my feelings and how itd make them feel if I openly talked sexually about other girls in front of them, I'm pretty sure I'd be called a fuck boy. Am I wrong for feeling annoyed by this? (Just for the info, I'm not jealous at all, but its one thing to do it in front of someone you arent sexually attracted to VS doing it alone or with one of their other friends)

My (27f) gf (27f) is getting tired of me not sharing intimate/ personal info about me

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
