Need help with asking out crush

I am -18 years old, college freshman, in second semester(started around 3-4 weeks ago).
So in one of my class I grew a liking for this girl, not because I knew her but through attraction(I do want to get to know her). Only this week did I finally grab my balls(not literally) and just talk to her, I asked her her name and told her mine, I then showed her somethings I am interested in and my hobbies. Sadly couldn't continue our convo because the class started and I sit far away from her and the class has limited seats. I have noticed though that we do look at each other once in a while which is why I decided to just talk to her. I do want to ask her out next time we have class. Should I ask her out for lunch whenever she is free? for coffee? Whats is your opinion on the best way I can get through this situation.
