Interested in someone younger don't know what to do

So I'm interested in this guy who's 3 years younger than me. We go to the same university. I'm 21F he's 18M. It all started last week we met in a student lounge we were playing pool and listening to music. He stayed getting a bit touchy like hugging me, putting his arms around me...etc. From then on whenever we meet he'd hug me, when we sit he'd lie down and rest his head on my shoulders or thighs. Being the lovely idiot me this peaked my interest and now I might like him. Idk how to act, what to do? Maybe I should try to hang out just yet two of us so he knows I like him? Please help what should I do?

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
