Situation on appearances

I'm looking for some advice or perspective or opinions on this current situation. I'm holding my breath for the judgment, but figured I'd turn to my fellow redditors regardless since I'm over thinking this.

I (39m) met this bomb girl (23f) about a month ago. We instantly hit it off and started having sex pretty quick. We work alternate schedules so we've only been seeing eachother once or twice a week. Certainly feels like a hookup situation, but potential to grow. I recognize the age gap so my expectations are kind of tempered.

The first night i met her she was somewhat dolled up. After I got her number, we had a date where she was really smoking hot. However, every date, meetup, hookup, etc, this girl has stopped wearing any makeup, has glasses, and looks fairly different.

I understand this is shallow AF, but I do have other options and I was really digging this girl at first. Now I'm wondering if there is more to this situation. Is there something behind this? I'm tired of feeling guilty for losing my attraction so quick. This was more of a hookup thing where appearance is probably more important to me than other aspects.

Anyone have any idea why someone would rapidly lose effort in appearance so quick?

Appreciate any thoughts and do understand if this is received poorly. I still appreciate you all!

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
