How to cancel on a clingy Hinge date

TLDR: I have a 'date' with a girl from Hinge who lives an hour and a half away. We scheduled a date already but I'm no longer comfortable with meeting up, so I want to cancel- but she's bringing her two friends that are a couple for a double date and I don't want to ruin her friends' time.

I matched with a girl on Hinge (we're both college-aged, I'm in uni and she's not), who lives roughly an hour and a half away. We were texting for quite a while and I was genuinely expressing quite a bit of interest in her hobbies- eventually we ended up calling for several hours. I did enjoy talking to her, but it was slightly off putting when she started texting me pretty often- she'd text me things like "yippee I'm now going to get dinner" or "i am getting ready for work", followed up by "i am heading to work yippee" and then multiple consecutive texts about how her shift at work was going. I said I had class every day and was pretty busy, she'd also ask me "oh when's your exam" "how was class" etc. pretty frequently.

We'd already scheduled a date for this upcoming weekend, but the more we've texted over the past few days the more I want to cancel, but I don't want to just ghost her. She told me she wanted to bring her two friends and go on a double date for safety if she was going to drive to my town, and since I was still figuring out what I wanted out of meeting/going on dates with people, I said I was absolutely okay with that and it was fine with me. I respect that she's putting in the effort to invite her friends and she's volunteered to bake everything since we're going on a picnic, but then again...

I don't want to ghost someone, but I also don't know what the best way to approach this is 😅

Oh I also thought I'd mention, she said she already showed my profile to both her parents and a number of her friends. We haven't even met up or video called yet. I just found that slightly strange...
