You guys... This dude raped me... And now he is saying that I'm making a big deal about the situation. .

And and saying it's not a good idea if I reported him.. . Because he tells me that it would be worst on me....

And in just So confused....

He also tells me that he never meant to do that to me...

He just wanted me to not be so concerned about getting pregnant and stuff...

He also tells me that He never meant it to be (well, since he doesn't believe it's rape.... )He thinks that I'm overthinking it... And that

He only wanted to show me that I'm not gonna get pregnant and that I shouldn't be afraid of sex.

To be clear this is what happened:

STEP 1:

I told him that I was really horny, and basically told him this:

" Hey ex bf...I wouldn't mind having sex, but since I get so paranoid about sex, I don't think we should do it." (Please remember this part.)

(NOTE:I DID EXPLAINED THAT I WAS THINKING OF HIM PUTTING HIMSELF OR HIS FINGER IN ME…)BUT SINCE I WAS NERVOUS I DID EXPLAINED THAT I DON'T THINK ITS A GOOD IDEA…AND I WAS SO SCARED OF GETTING PREGNANT AND STUFF SO….. I BASICALLY TOLD HIM THAT HE COULD FINGER ME INSTEAD.)---BACK TO THE STEPS—---(PLEASE REMEMBER THIS PART.)

STEP 2: he was telling me not to be so freak out about sex.. and tried to open my legs

I told him that "you could just finger me instead. (But he never fingered me like I asked but instead kept doing it to me with his D part.)

STEP 3:

(While he doing it to me.)

He was trying to open my legs.--but since he couldn't, he did it to me when my legs was on the same side.

And then—I told him—-

"we don't have to do it"---- but then he just told me:

"I'm sorry ( my name).

STEP 4: after he told me that he sorry he grabbed my arm and held it down on the bed. One of them– and when he saw the other arm he did the same thing to that arm.

STEP 5:

he just kept doing until he was done.

I added more details to be more clear.....

Is this rape??

And what could I do since I'm scared to report it... If it is rape..(IF...)I'm not sure if it's rape or not...

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
