Advice on talking to someone if I think they are cute.

So I am going to a nice art museum this weekend, and while I am going for me and my own enjoyment cuz I like art, if I see a cute girl, how can I strike up a conversation and maybe even exchange number or get a date? I don't have much experience with asking someone out in person, except in high school when I didn't know what I was doing and constantly failed lol, as most awkward teens do haha. Any advice would be helpful. I wanna meet someone( online dating sucks nowadays, there are no decent or real people anymore) and I don’t have any friends to set me up with anyone, and no coworkers to do so either.

Or is it just wrong to even try to talk to strangers nowadays. I’ve been single most of my life, except for two years ago I had a toxic relationship that ended in September. So not much knowledge

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
