I’m the kind of guy that never seems to attract the women I want or like, but attracts women I don’t want or like. Anyone else seem to have this issue?

So I’m a single guy and have an ok dating life. One thing I’ve noticed is that if I’m really into a women I just lose all sense of composure and don’t know how to act. I second guess myself, read too much into things and generally have zero chill.

However when I have little to no interest they are more attracted to me than I am to them. I know on some level it’s because I’m probably being more myself with the latter but I wish I could convert this mode of behaving when I’m actually attracted to someone.

Anyone else experience this? There’s someone I’ve met whom I’m sensing a connection with and I’m quite feeling. But I dare not engage for fear of letting it slip like I’ve done countless times before lol. It’s like I need hypnosis to convince me I’m not attracted to her or some shit.

I know internally I’m assembling the pedestal in which she will be placed as we speak lol

My (27f) gf (27f) is getting tired of me not sharing intimate/ personal info about me

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
