Am I the asshole?

So I don’t even know how to begin this post but I’m looking for advice. Ive gotta give some backstory for this to make sense. I have a very good friend, we’ll call her Megan, who I met 7 years ago while I was dating a dumb guy whose best friend Megan was dating. Our boyfriends were also roommates so we saw each other a lot and became very close. The boyfriends didn’t last long but we remained very close after. This ex boyfriend of mine was a rebound after I dumped my long term boyfriend of 5 years. Long term boyfriend and I dated all through college and a little after. I broke up with him because I didn’t know what i wanted in life yet and he was ready to settle down. Long term boyfriend and I talked about doing our own thing and possibly reconnecting down the road so we didn’t leave things on bad terms. Fast forward five years and long term boyfriend gets hired in the city where I live so we see each other a lot. I knew the person who hired him and put in a good word for him. I start going to therapy and realize I never got over long term boyfriend. I draft a text that’s been sitting in my drafts for months to send to long term boyfriend when I’m ready BUT Megan and I are talking and I bring this text up that I’m going to send. She tells me we need to talk, that she has been seeing my ex for the last three years and she’s been living with her boyfriend the entire time. My question is, do I still send long term boyfriend the text or do I let sleeping dogs lie?

My (27f) gf (27f) is getting tired of me not sharing intimate/ personal info about me

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
