Pls help with my long distance dating

So, I (27M) started dating someone (29F) a month back. We live in different towns, around 180 km.s from each other (about a 2 hour drive). We only met on weekends, but we did so every single time in the past 4 weeks, and talk to each other every day since (even only for a short while, as we are both quite busy with work and studies right now).

Time spent together is amazing, she feels good to be around, we laugh, dance and talk until dawn without it ever getting shallow. Sex and flirting is wonderful, and best of all this all just feels easy, natural. So yeah, I'm happy (this word doesn't give it justice) with how things are and I'm really greatful for her, I haven't had anything close to this in the past 4 years.

But: I've never been in a long distance relationship before. I fear that with time we might feel like we are in a relationship only during 2 days out of 7. If things go right I could move to her town a year from now, but neither of us could realistically move sooner. If this 1 year period would be after we have known each other for some time I imagine it couldn't become such a problem (but maybe it would, I don't know). I just really want this to work, as it's rare to find someone I'm so in tune with.

My question is to y'all who have been dating or in a relationship with someone long distance: how do you keep things going during the days you don't see each other, what worked for you? If you had any problems you didn't think of earlier, what were those?
