Reply to someone that I unfollowed after being ghosted

So I'd been talking to this girl and after a great date. She ghosted me. I erased her number and moved on. After a few weeks, I received a text and I honestly didn't know who it was. I replied, who is this? Anyways long story short, we reconnected and decided to communicate via Instagram. Initially it went well, we chatted more and she even invited me skydiving, which I agreed to. However, she is now ghosting me again. So I'm planning to unfollow her and if she answers me back, this will be my reply. Let me know what you think.

"Is not personal. You're a great girl but I don't think there's enough interest in getting to know one another. And I'm not the type of guy who overpersues. But I do wish you the best of luck and you have my number so you can keep in touch."
