How to ask out coworker

I have a crush on this girl at my work, I’ve never talked to her before. When we see each other in passing I can’t help but feel she may feel the same. How should I start interacting with her in a way that is not so obvious. I feel like if I just randomly start talking to her, she will know exactly my intentions. I need more reassurance before I ask her out, that way if I’m totally off about my feelings, the work environment won’t be weird.

The difference between being right and being understood

My (27f) gf (27f) is getting tired of me not sharing intimate/ personal info about me

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
