How do you adapt a mindset that you ARE indeed normal?

Maybe you should explore what you think is normal and then look at what actually exists. I get what you’re saying, but your perception does not match reality, and maybe that’s a sign that you need to broaden your perspective. Culture decides that something is normal, but biology often says otherwise.

“Biology enables, culture forbids.” - Yuval Noah Harari.

Reality is, there are people who do not find sex especially appealing and can call themselves asexual. May not be ‘normal’ in some cultures but it exists in them, absolutely.

Would you rather be yourself or play pretend? Can’t control who you are and what you’re not into.
