What happened?

Male, 20 Went on a first date with a girl, we went bowling. I thought we both had a really fun time. A few hours after the date I text her telling her I had a really great time, and asked her if she'd like to have dinner sometime soon. Her response was as follows. "I don’t think I can. You’re really nice and I enjoyed going out and talking to you but I have some other stuff going on in my life right now that’s made me realize I don’t think I can do this sort of relationship right now. I’m sorry :(" Did she not enjoy the date, and is trying to spare my feelings, or is she being for real? How do I ask this girl out?

Ok, so I (25M) just got out of a loong relationship (10 years approximately). It was a pretty peaceful breakup and I'm healing nicely. My therapist told me that maybe it's time to start to get out and meet new people, and I'm feeling good about this. But, 10 years is a lot of time hahah, I don't have a clue where to start. The girl in question is and old friend, we were kind of a couple when we were younger (like from 8 to 12). The last time we spoke was maybe 11 years ago, but we follow with other at Instagram. I know she's single now and I really wanna try to date her, but I don't how I can start a conversation without looking like a crazy stalker. So my question is, I'm overthinking about it and should just ask her out or I'm right and I need some tatic to not sound crazy? hahah Just a little more information about us: I know we like the same things like music, movies we even have the same style (emo will never die), I know she had a pretty rough B...

Need male point of view

I’ve been dating a guy for a couple of weeks. Everything was going great, we started reaching some sort of intimacy. He was sweet, caring, flirty … signs of a guy that’s interested in you. 3 days ago we played a computer game together, then talked a bit, said goodnight. He sent me a text after that to say he enjoyed playing the game with me and that he couldn’t wait til we play again. “Good night, talk to you tomorrow”… and I haven’t heard from him since. I tried to text him, but he leaves on seen. I really don’t understand what’s going on. Is this normal behavior ? Cause it’s the first time this happens to me Submitted November 03, 2021 at 01:11AM I’ve been dating a guy for a couple of weeks. Text or not to text?

I was seeing this guy for a short amount of time. It was very passionate, intimate, and comfortable. We were seeing each other a couple times a week. Most of our time was spent cuddling, watching movies, just talking. It was GREAT. We had both discussed not being ready to dive into something serious in the beginning.. Well he took me out for our first real dinner date! It was such a nice time. Got ice cream afterwards. I slept over at his house that night - for the first time… He ended things with me that following week. [[ Back story: he was in a shit relationship for a while. Then in another one that didn’t end too well either ]] So he ends things with me by telling me he’s in a rough place, and he can feel himself running away and “being a total disaster” - that he doesn’t want to hurt me and all these things.. It’s been a little over a month and I cannot stop thinking about him. Am I insane if I reach out to him? Submitted November 03, 2021 at 01:13AM I was seeing this gu...

How should I stop looking/thinking about a relationship ?

I’ve been told by a friend that she found her husband once she stopped looking for a relationship. I’m very eager for a relationship but to also try that strategy as apps aren’t working. What are some good strategy’s I should try? (I already know I should try to keep busier). /u/mulh0002 on Do you have a celebrity crush?

I have two: Christian Borle and Sutton Foster. They are both so extremely talented and I absolutely die everytime I see a clip of them. I learned they were divorced/married to each other after the crushes started. November 03, 2021 at 12:41AM

/u/RedVamp2020 on How many of you are asexual with ADHD?

If you can, I brought in my original diagnosis. It helped me a ton and allowed the doctor to speed up a lot of the process. It may not be the same with your doctor, but it helps establish with them that you do have it. November 03, 2021 at 12:40AM
