Yikes. Just yikes. That's all imma say. You clearly don't know what you're speaking of and it's useless trying to explain things to you. Guess we can't all win huh? May 18, 2021 at 11:58PM

Wow, so now you try to win with the old homophobe trick, and somehow make me think that its bad to be homophobic, let alone im homophobic to begin with going with your assumption. You. Just want to feel special. Go hug someone. You actually probably dont know why things will never work out the way you want them to work in reality compared to your own brain and imagination May 18, 2021 at 11:55PM

/u/Elinthind on Discovering asexuality in a conservative religious environment

I come from a very religious background and am currently attending a religious university. I most definitely experienced the same difficulty you describe here! I’m aroace, and I was able to figure out the “aro” part a lot easier. I had clear examples of romantic attraction around me, so it was comparatively easy to realize “nope, I definitely don’t experience that”. In contrast, people were relatively tight-lipped (around me, at least) regarding their sexual attraction to others. It took me a while to figure out that there was this mysterious, alien feeling that almost everyone around me felt, but that I definitely didn’t. All that to say, what you described in your post is very similar to my own experiences! May 18, 2021 at 11:53PM

Yikes chief take that repressed aphobia somewhere else. Also what are you legit on about, you pulled up points we didn't even talk about. Also no I didn't say it was a mental illness- I re read my post to find out where you got that from couldn't find it so you just pulled that out of your ass apparently. May 18, 2021 at 11:52PM

/u/DarthInvictus on Asexuals can also celebrate pride month?

In LGBTQIA+ The A stands for Asexual, after all! Some people will try to say that we don't belong, but we're all in it together May 18, 2021 at 11:51PM
