What is a QPR? A QPR (queerplatonic relationship, though it may also be called quasiplatonic because some still consider "queer" a slur) is a relationship with the same level of committment as a typical romantic relationship, however there are no romantic feelings between the two queerplatonic partners. The relationship is essentially a non-romantic partnership that falls outside of society's standards of a platonic relationship (friendship). What exactly is included is completely dependent on the two (or more; the qp equivalent of polyamory is polyplatonic) in the relationship. Some may choose to live together, others don't; some may choose to include sex, others don't; some may choose to have romantic partners outside of the qpr, others don't; etc etc. It is to be noted that a QPR is inherently an aromantic term, but anyone of any sexuality and romantic orientation can use the label.
